Finally the anterior graft limb is fixed onto the dorsal limb behind the clavicle using No. 2 non-resorbable sutures (Fig 23).

Especially  in  chronic  cases,  assessing  the  AC  joint  is  also recommended.  Once  the  coracoclavicular  reconstruction  is completed, the clavicular incision may be extended over the AC joint.  The  AC  joint  capsule  is  plicated  with  strong  interrupted sutures to enhance the anteroposterior stability (Fig 24).

Once  all  the  reconstructions  are  completed,  the  arthroscopic portals  are  closed  with  interrupted  sutures  while  the  clavicular wound is closed meticulously in layers.
